We turned the heat on for the first time this morning and it seems there's some strange activity going on. It's either a ghost or there were some critters that hibernated in the vents over the winter and left some acorn pieces behind. They came shooting out for the first 5 minutes the heat was on. Every once in a while another will come flying out. At least it's only acorn pieces and nothing more disgusting.
We're 4 hours or so away from Erie where we'll probably stay for the night. I should be able to upload some more pictures if we get a hotel for the night.
Oh yeah...We're considering going into New York City to see the fireworks on Sunday. Wouldn't that be crazy?!
