It's June 2010 and we're starting another vacation driving adventure! We set out at 3:30 this morning heading to Nana's house in Kentucky. Zach was so excited to be leaving. "It's finally summer vacation". Everyone except Tom immediately fell asleep when we got into the van. We woke up in West Virginia around 6am and stopped for McDonalds-which isn't a good start for our diet. After buying smaller shorts we're NOT getting too far off the diet :) We'll probably skip lunch and wait for Harpers fish tonight.
We're driving through Charleston WV merging onto I-64 now. Zach is updating his travel journal with all the things he sees outside the windows. It should be a good read when he gets finished with it.
